Our standard lead time for custom flags time is approximately 7-10 days from placing an order, creating your design and through to delivery. This can increase slightly during busy periods, so please get in touch to check beforehand if you require your flag for a specific date.

Delivery & Returns
All of our flags include FREE UK delivery. Should you require a quote for international delivery, please get in touch and we’ll provide you with a quote.
Because every flag we produce is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or doesn’t match the approved design. If something isn’t right, we’ll put it right—just get in touch and we’ll replace your flag as quickly as possible.

How do I design my own flag?
We offer a flexible range of options to help you create your custom flag:

– Upload Your Artwork:** If you already have a design file, simply upload it when ordering.
– Let Us Design It:** Not sure where to start? Our award-winning design team will create a unique flag for you, included free of charge with every order.
Can you make custom sizes not shown on the website?
Yes, we can produce flags to almost any size you need. Just contact us with your requirements and we’ll be happy to provide a quote.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Will my flag be fire retardant?
Yes, all our polyester flags are manufactured from flame-retardant materials compliant with UK stadium regulations. A copy of the certification can be provided on request.
Can I use my flag in a stadium or public venue?
Most stadiums and venues require flags to be flame retardant. Our flags meet this requirement, but you should always check specific venue policies in advance. If you need a fire-retardant certificate, please let us know.
Is my flag washable?
Yes, our flags are machine washable. We recommend washing at 30°C by hand or using a gentle machine cycle. Line/hang dry only. Please do not bleach or iron.
What finishing options are available?
You can choose from a range of finishes including eyelets, corner ties, hemmed edges, or custom fixtures to suit your needs. Standard finishing includes eyelets and reinforced corners.
Will my flag come with fixings or string?
We have a range of finishing options such as eyelets, corner ties and flag clips for easy hanging. If you need additional fixings, please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
What can I have printed on my flag?
You can print full colour text, logos, photos, and images. Please ensure you have permission to use any copyrighted designs or trademarks.
Do I need permission to use logos or copyrighted images?
Yes. By placing an order, you confirm you have obtained all necessary permissions or licences to reproduce any artwork, logos, or copyrighted material. Matchday Flags accepts no liability for misuse of third-party intellectual property.
Does my flag come with a guarantee?
All flags are guaranteed to be fit for purpose for a reasonable period under normal use. If you have any concerns, please contact our team.
Are your prices competitive?
We produce all flags in-house to a high standard. We believe our pricing is excellent value for the quality and service provided. Unlike many of our competitors, the custom design is included absolutely free of charge! If you find a comparable quote, please let us know.
